Soul Sanctuary teams up with Whitehouse Hotel for Free Yoga Session
Soul Sanctuary are delighted to be partnering up with the Whitehouse Hotel and to celebrate will be hosting a Yoga Open Morning on Sunday 28 July.
Those in attendance will get a free taste of the variety of yoga sessions that Soul Sanctuary offers including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Nidra and Yin. The open morning will take place from 9.30am until midday at the Whitehouse Hotel, which is located on Foregate Street in Worcester.
The Yoga Open Morning has been organised to celebrate Soul Sanctuary’s collaboration with the Whitehouse Hotel, which allows Worcester’s leading yoga studio the ability to offer their members access to the hotel’s facilities, including changing rooms, showers, swimming pool and sauna.
Laura Butcher, founder of Soul Sanctuary, said: ‘We are so pleased to be collaborating with the Whitehouse Hotel, which is just over the road from our Yoga Studio above Wayland’s Yard. At Soul Sanctuary, our mission is to offer our community a full array of holistic services as we aim to be a true sanctuary for your soul! Yoga will always be at the core of that offering but this collaboration allows us to offer gym and spa facilities too, which moves us in the right direction for our long-term vision.
‘My personal goal is to make yoga as accessible as possible to as many people as possible, so teaching classes outside the studio and introducing more people to the practice always gets me excited. If we can get just one more person feeling the mental and physical benefits of yoga each day, I’m happy. That’s why I’m very much looking forward to working closely with the Whitehouse Hotel to grow and connect our communities together.’
Laura found yoga during a turbulent time in her life following her father’s untimely passing in 2014. Since experiencing the positive impact yoga had on her own life, Laura has sought to help others lead a happier, healthier existence through the power of yoga.
Soul Sanctuary focuses on your mind as well as your body, with a team of yoga teachers who believe in empowerment, both mentally and physically.
Since founding Soul Sanctuary in 2016, Laura Butcher has endeavoured to find the best teachers in the region for each style of yoga. Laura believes that kindness is key and that’s why her team go above and beyond to make attendees feel as comfortable as possible, no matter what their experience. Today, Soul Sanctuary studios are renowned for their welcoming community.
